Hampshire MPs join forces to back Climate Change Bill

Eastleigh MP Chris Huhne has joined forces with Southampton Test MP Alan Whitehead to promote a new bill designed to curb energy use and costs in offices.
The bill has cross-party support not just from Hampshire's Liberal Democrat and Labour MPs but also from Conservatives in other parts of the country.
"Simple efforts like switching off lights and heating and better insulation can make a big difference to energy use in commercial premises, and save businesses a lot of money as well. This is a classic win-win for the environment and the business community" said Chris.
