Eastleigh MP Chris Huhne has confirmed that he has received his letter from Sir Thomas Legg and his committee concerning MPs' expenses.
All of Chris Huhne's claims have been available on his website for months, as he was the first MP to publish his claims in full.
Chris Huhne says: "Sir Thomas has requested a receipt in support of one claim concerning house painting and repairs for which he only has an invoice. I will be supplying that documentation as soon as possible. Sir Thomas has requested that I consider repaying gardening claims of £1,152.05 and I have made arrangements to repay the money immediately.
